Trey’s history with Texas land runs generations deep. Before launching Ranchland Real Estate in 2005, Trey built a successful career in the Houston fuel and car wash industries. That background sharpened his skills in business operations, negotiation, and customer service—key advantages in today’s competitive land market. In addition to his real estate work, Trey is a professional outfitter, a director and lifetime member of the Texas Wildlife Association, and an active member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s Ranching & Wildlife Committee.
