Clayton Bonner is a fifth-generation Texan born and raised in Houston, Texas. His ranching roots started with his family's working cattle ranch that’s been passed down through the generations since 1877. Growing up on the ranch, Clayton fell in love with the land and developed a strong interest in the business of owning and taking care of Texas ranch land. Clayton went to college at Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Texas where he traveled and played for the HSU golf team. While pursuing his education, he worked for a leading real estate marketing company specializing in land auctions, gaining valuable insights into the dynamic realm of marketing and selling unique ranch properties. In 2020, Clayton graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Leadership & Development, complemented by a minor in Agricultural Economics.

As a second-generation professional in farm and ranch real estate, Clayton brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to the industry. His proficiency extends to photography and videography, showcasing his unique perspective on how he markets and sells clients' properties. Clayton lives in Dripping Springs, Texas, and focuses on selling land and ranch property in the Texas Hill Country making him a trusted guide in the Texas ranch real estate market. Outside of work, Clayton finds solace in fly fishing along the Gunnison River, and bowhunting whitetail deer in south Texas and mule deer in the Texas panhandle. As a lifetime member of the Texas Wildlife Association (TWA), Clayton remains committed to supporting and preserving Texas wildlife that makes up so much of the Texas landscape’s natural beauty.
